Justice

Kenya has made strides in developing democratic governing structures in the last decade, bringing renewed hope to the actualization of development and enhancing the quality of lives for its citizens. Unfortunately, even with these governing structures in place, Kenya is plagued with injustice within these institution's, leading to wastage of resources, corruption and impunity. The level of Injustices that these institutions operate with, have contributed to the cycle of social and political instability hampering a conducive environment necessary for economic growth and sustainable development. 

 

Unfortunately, the victims of the failure of the function of governing institutions in discharging and performing their mandates are the young generation. Many young people have taken the initiative to speak up, protest and demand for justice and accountability in their leaders, but their voices are simply ignored and even silenced. To this end, there must be a solution to deliver the change that the younger generation are calling for. 

 

The solution can be found nowhere else but in organizing, informing, and mobilizing the young generation to use one voice to elect leaders who are tribeless, party-less and have integrity at heart. These potential leaders must be vetted by voters on this platform and they will be required to describe how they will enhance the three key pillars of leadership in their policy initiatives, in governing and championing the rule of law.
